Day 5. FRIED EGGS

Early to rice and early to egg! Batihan at Pritohan sa pang-limang araw! 100 Hungry days.

A typical Filipino morning comes with a coffee, a hot-crunchy pandesal and a deep-fried eggs! There are different ways how we cooked it. The first is 'Sunny side-up fried egg' the process is to fried on one side (unturned), with the yolks golden and runny. And the other one is the 'Scrambled eggs', in this procedure you need to make bati-bati the egg whites and yolk just don't make gigil in BATIzation process just run in smooth and slow para naman hndi magtitilamsik sa bowl."

But in some other ways of frying:
There are different ways to fry eggs.
'Over hard', also called 'hard' — cooked on both sides until the yolk has solidified.
'Over medium' — cooked on both sides until the yolk is fairly thick but still a liquid.
'Over easy', also called 'runny' — cooked on both sides (not clear) but yolk is still liquid. This is occasionally called 'sunny side down.' So every morning, start a day with a positive note by frying your egg perfectly accompanied by coffee aroma and mga tsismis sa umaga ng tsismosang kapit-bahay. #100HungryDays
