Woke up to a cold morning—something I really enjoyed, because this kind of weather is rare in the Philippines. It reminded me of how things used to feel back then. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying: warm pandesal with egg and melted cheese as a topping.
Nothing major happened today, but it was a quiet day in a good way. I decided to rerun an early-2000s classic—Counter-Strike—on my PC. What surprised me was that I wasn’t playing with bots. I found a live server with real players from different parts of the world. It felt nostalgic and exciting at the same time.
I told myself I’d only play for one hour—but like the old days in computer shops, one hour turned into another… and another. “Extend pa.” Some habits really never change.
Later on, I watched one episode of The Walking Dead. Since Stranger Things is already done, I decided to run this series back as well.
In the afternoon, my sister and I wrapped up our work-from-home tasks. Feeling a bit tired, I went to bed around 9 PM. The usual aura of the day lingered—people still upset over emails, as always. 🤣
A simple day. Calm, nostalgic, and quietly complete.
